Refund  Policy

Introduction

We believe customer satisfaction is the core of our business. In the event of dissatisfaction with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons prove to be true in our investigation.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations ensure that you do not renew your plan before your subscription period ends. It will automatically be cancelled at the end of billed period.
Requests received later than 5 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy
  • In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
  • A refund may be denied or a partial refund may be provided, if the user has played for an extended period of time (2 hours or more) utilizing premium services and servers.
  • A refund shall not be provided for any Hourly plans.
  • The Weekly plan of Rs. 99 is also non-refundable.
  • A user will not be eligible for a refund if a referral code has been used from the user's account.
  • A user is not eligible for a refund after 10 days of buying a paid plan.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same mode of payment used to start the subscription in the Payment Gateway in 7 - 10 business days.
